Fighter Cut

Fight camp macros & weigh-in

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

The scale does not negotiate. Fighter Cut builds camp backwards from it, caps every weekly deficit, and prints the exact shortfall when a cut will not fit the calendar. Making weight is not a diet. It is a deadline. Put in your class and your date, and camp comes back as a timeline. Fighter Cut is built for the weeks before a scale you do not get to argue with. A CUT ENGINE THAT WILL SAY NO Built backwards from the weigh-in through as many as five phases - Pre-Camp, Early Camp, Mid Camp, Peak Week, Cut Week - each week with a start weight, a target end weight, and separate training-day and rest-day calorie targets. Peak week loses at half rate. Cut week loses no diet weight at all. Then it holds the line. - Every diet week is capped at a 750 kcal deficit, a hard clamp in the arithmetic, so the plan can never ask for more than 1.5 lb (0.68 kg) a week of diet loss. - The weekly rate is graded against your own bodyweight: safe to 1.5%, caution to 2%, unsafe above it. - If your class cannot be reached even at that capped deficit, the plan comes back "impossible" and prints how far short it lands, in your own unit, rather than prescribing into it. - Weeks whose target falls under the intake floor, 1,500 kcal for men and 1,200 for women, are flagged. - An unsafe or impossible plan hides its week-by-week breakdown until you tap through the risk. - It sizes the final water cut, 3% of bodyweight by default and adjustable to zero, then stops: that part needs a qualified professional next to you. THE DAY 236 foods are built in and work with no signal: 51 proteins, 40 carbs, 30 vegetables, and the rest of what camp eats. Correct a portion and the micronutrients rescale with it, so sodium and potassium stay honest. Save a meal as a preset and re-log it in one tap. More food on training days, less on rest days, weekly total unchanged. THE SCALE AND THE TAPE One weigh-in a day, in your unit, with the exact gap to your class. Once three weigh-ins sit in the last 28 days it fits a line and projects where you land on fight day. 14 tape sites, each with its protocol on screen as you measure. Body fat four ways: US Navy, three-site calipers, seven-site calipers, or a figure you type in. Estimates, and the app says so. THE REST OF CAMP Weight-class tables for six categories: MMA, boxing, wrestling (UWW), judo (IJF), BJJ (IBJJF, with the gi) and powerlifting. Muay Thai and kickboxing ship none on purpose - no single consensus table exists. Training calendars by week and month, session types from your discipline: bag work and roadwork for a boxer, squat and bench for a powerlifter. Fasting windows - 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, or your own - with a live clock and a 28-day streak grid. 65 generic supplements, every one carrying a caution, and 177 branded products from 69 brands ranked on additives and dose, arithmetic shown. Switch on "drug-tested athlete" and it stops recommending multi-ingredient pre-workout blends and thermogenic fat burners, the two entries flagged for contamination risk. A read-only directory of US fight promotions. Plus 15 formulas, from Mifflin-St Jeor to Navy body fat, each with its equation, its source, its limits, and a calculator filled from your numbers. YOUR DATA Open the app and start tracking. No sign-up, no email, no password. Logs, weigh-ins, sessions, fasts and measurements live in a database on your phone; settings and plan preferences in local storage beside it. No analytics, no crash reporters, no third-party trackers, no ad networks. One sponsored slot sits on the dashboard - labelled SPONSORED, dismissible, targeted at nobody. Export as JSON or CSV, or wipe all of it from Settings. Apple Health is optional and one-way: sync it or import an export, read on this device, nothing written back. WHAT IT WILL NOT DO No photo logging. No AI coach. No sets and reps. No sauna, sweat-suit or water-loading protocol. It will not walk you through a water cut, and it will not tell you a bad cut is a good one. Guidance only, not medical advice. Talk to a physician, a registered dietitian, or your commission before changing your diet, your supplements, or your weight-cut protocol.
