Description
FillForm is a graphical environment for user to fill any form format with ease.
How to use the application:
+ Download any (tax, visa, job application…) form format from the internet (file type: pdf, jpg, png, tiff…)
+ Drag/drop above form image files into the application (so that they will become background image of the editing document)
+ Add text/number/date/currency items into the canvas to fill form content
+ Press CMD-P to print or CMD-E to export to pdf or other image format files
+ Press CMD-S to save current document into “fillForm” format to reuse later
Other functions:
– Customisable Color / Font / Size / Line Type
– Unlimited Undo/Redo (shortcut key: Cmd-Z / Shift-Cmd-Z)
– Copy / Paste (shortcut key: Cmd-C / Cmd-V)
– Group / Ungroup Items (shortcut key: Cmd-G / Shift-Cmd-G)

Very useful app
There are probably easier ways to do what this app does, but it makes the following easy:
Scan blank forms (say a 1099 or 1096). Create your own text boxes to fill in the blanks, and then delete the background scan.
Then you can print the perfectly placed text on the forms required by the government.
That was the main purpose of buying the app, and at the price it is about 70% cheaper than the other options out there for filling out this kind of form.
For the millions of tiny businesses that only have 1-5 employees and need a solution other than heavy duty software this could be it for a very low cost.
The only downside is that you cannot change the default font. Every box is Helvetica to start. The government requires Courier font 12 point, so you have to change that for each box.
Once changed, the template should stay the same for next year. I’m happy with it!
