I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the app was to navigate. The design was sleek, smart, and simple. The app is advertised as as a facial DNA test, but I like the fact that I have the option to choose a traditional mouth swab test as well. The test itself was done the same day, as advertised, with quite a bit of detail supporting the results. Last but not least, the coupons were definitely an added bonus. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Easy 5 stars!

Having uploaded files for myself, husband, daughter and my father I can say the information is consistent. I've always known I have many many health issues, and this app has backed up my belief and I feel alot more comfortable with trusting my instinct. In context, I have 24 different things listed under complex diseases alone, some I'd already known about. I KNOW it's scary to read all that, but it's information I really really needed to know to get the help I need. Thank you.

My family and I did a DNA grandparent study. We got the results quickly but I didn't like the fact that since we typed our email address incorrectly we didn't get our email the very same day. The results were easy to read but there should be some sort of mechanism for you to type your email address in twice just in case the user has a typo. Other than that thumbs up.

This app is by far the best one I see out there. At first I was not sure about face DNA testing naturally I had a few questions. The question and answer section was most informative, app was easy to navigate, just 3 easy steps, also like the ability to look up my test result right within the app, I'm definitely going with this company
