I downloaded the app using the Chinese instructions translated by a 5 year old, when I turned it on it displayed 2 devices, one said Charge HR And the other was ITAG.
There no charging instructions or a plug to charge it with, when I hit connect my phone keeps saying disconnect charge HR. I tried connecting to the ITAG device and it says failed to connect to device
I tried another unit and that one works much better I then decided to open up the one that didn’t work. When I popped the cover off the string and button fell off, I then replaced the CR2032 battery and carefully put it back together and that one started working also. It seems like the device is designed to last about a month since it’s so cheaply made and the battery can’t possibly last longer than a month.
To turn it on press and hold the button until you hear 2 beeps, when the app connects press the alarm button in the app and the unit will beep so you can locate it.
You really can’t use it for much because it will break very easily, attached to luggage it will be smashed before it is loaded on the plane, attached to a pet, the string will break in a few minutes. It may work in a kids pocket on on a keychain but will fall apart in about a month or so. It is not water resistant at all so just a drop of sweat will destroy it.

1). The main reason this app and the associated trackers are complete garbage is that in order to use it you absolutely must keep the app open at all times on your phone if you ever want to use the tracker. The moment you shut down the app, it loses connectivity to the tracker and the tracker starts beeping until you physically shut it down. So you’re expected to keep the app running 24/7 draining your battery and wasting all that energy just to possibly use the tracker at a later date. It’s complete nonsense.

2) when you lose connectivity to the tracker it starts beeping, and this is Bluetooth so unless you intend on staying within 30 ft of the tracker at all times, it’s physically impossible to prevent the thing from beeping constantly, persistently, annoyingly.

3) It doesn’t matter what you change in the settings, nothing stops the beeping on disconnect. And the cherry on top of the BS Sunday? Even less than 6 inches away from the tracker, it repeatedly over and over disconnects for absolutely no reason causing the thing to beep beep beep like a drunk R2D2 never shutting up. Run away from this fast as you can! 𝚁𝚄𝙽 𝚁𝚄𝙽 𝙵𝙰𝚁 𝙵𝙰𝚁 𝙰𝚆𝙰𝚈!

Don’t bother with this, it’s useless unless you loose your keys a lot, that’s the only thing it’s good for. The location part is horrible and doesn’t work for finding anything but the alarm on the device will let you know where your keys are if you are close enough to hear it. The distance on it is very limited. I guess if you were in 1 room with your kid and your kid had the device on them and they left that room it would alarm on your phone, but if you need that to know if your kid left the room you need to re-evaluate your priorities. The app has no help or contact support so you can not ask any questions. The camera on it is basically just that, a camera. Does nothing that your phone doesn’t do already. I recommend you do NOT bother with this app. Also ignore the paid reviews, they lie
