Very polished tv remote
Comes with a ton of features and doesn't make you pay to use anything! Hope it doesn't change.
Not what I need
I signed up for a Universal Remote because I broke my Fios remote. All it actually did was connect my Roku remote which was already connected and I use that Roku remote several times a week. I still cannot change channels, increase or decrease volume, etc. now I have to figure out how not to get charged for this “Universal”. Verizon is so difficult to work with.
