Remote for Fire TV is designed specifically to control Fire TV, Fire TV Cube and Fire TV Stick. Just connect an iPhone and a TV or media player to the same Wi-Fi network and you will be able to control it using a mobile device after a simple pairing routine. Key features: - Fully functional remote control; - A large touchpad for convenient menu and content navigation; - Keyboard; - Automatic connection to a device; Premium Subscription User can subscribe for unlimited access to Premium features. Subscribed users have unlimited use of the Interaction tab without ads. This app includes an optional auto-renewable subscription: 1 week with a 3-days free trial period. Subscription is from $2.99 weekly. Prices are equal to the value that "Apple's App Store Matrix" determines is the equivalent of the subscription price in USD. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Fire premium remote

Should not have to purchase. We already purchased the entire product the remote does not come with any type of locating features while it’s designed to be misplaced. Due to the lack of locating features available like a “find my remote” the app with the premium features should be available as a feature back up for lost or broken controllers because they also break pretty easily. But that’s just my opinion.

1. If the device fails to connect, a message appears stating Fire-stick and phone must be connected to the same network. But if you can’t connect to the device how are you supposed to change the network settings??2. Once you get connected and you’re browsing through the app and you find something you want to watch, once you select it, this ad pops up on your phone super loud if you’re phone is not silenced and will lock your phone up with no way to close the ad until finally, what seems like forever, you get the inconvenient opportunity of clicking past the first ad, forced into a second one before you can finally close it out!! No other app I have ever downloaded has done that to my phone. Deleting the app ASAP!!

I got this app because my Nanna’s original remote randomly stopped working and I wanted to be able to watch Netflix. Well, I do all the connecting steps and it never connects easily. It will sometimes connect, but then the touch pad is slow and nothing moves on the screen and as soon as my phone shuts off, I have to go through the process all over again just for it to never work and if it does work, it takes me back to the fire tv Home Screen so that I have to deal with the lagging again or for it to not work at all. I have tried everything for it to connect but it is just a waste of my time. This is ridiculous and useless. I DO NOT recommend this junk app.
Do not get if you have issues with patience.

I have a fire tv and I happen to lose my remote a lot and it takes me a while to find it. I decided to download this app so if I lose the remote again, I can just use this.
