If you are a FirstBank customer, you definitely need this app! It is fabulous! I had the previous online banking app and this one is a much better platform and user friendly! There are some really great options in this app that weren’t previously offered that I’m thankful for! My favorite update: travel notices and the option to turn your debit card off if you lose it!
You will not be disappointed once you log in! I want to thank FirstBank for listening to their customers and creating a wonderful app for us!
The Best Bank Ever
I love my bank, they watch out for your funds and call you when they see something suspicious. They are so helpful and friendly. They know you by name and they also care about your family. You feel that they genuinely care!
I keep being told from the bank that I can use zelle on this app but the option is nowhere to be found!!! This has been the worst since this bank bought out my previous local bank I was using!!!! And just expect from customer service to tell you that it is available or that they will put in a “ticket” to help you and never hear back or say they don’t see any issues. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to get help about this issue to no avail!! Looking to transfer to a different bank! Run while you still can!
