Kitchen is a newly added feature that was designed to help make meal planning and tracking your macros easier!

Here’s how Kitchen works: We calculate your macros one of two ways, using the Fit With Iulia Macro Calculator or after following a 5-day food assessment. After your macros are calculated, you can use Kitchen’s expansive food list to track your targeted macros!
Practice progressive overload and track your progress directly on the app! Enter the number of reps, sets, and amount of weight used for every exercise.
Can’t do one of the exercises given due to it being too difficult? Fit With Iulia will give you a list of alternative exercises! These exercises will target the same muscle groups on the given exercise in case you need something beginner friendly. So, if you need a modification, the app has your back!

Subscription automatically renews, unless subscription is set to cancel at the end of billing period at least 24 hours before the end of billing period. You can set your subscription to Cancel at the end of billing period by going to your iTunes account settings. Once the subscription is set to Cancel - you can still access the service until the end of billing period.

The best workout app!!

I have followed Iulia’s fitness Instagram page for a few years and have used it for workout inspiration every now and then, but my biggest challenge in consistently working out has always been planning. I never knew what I wanted to do when I went to the gym so I always defaulted to leg day (my favorite day). This app gives me a clear plan with what I need to do each day with recommended sets and reps. It keeps me from neglecting working the parts of my body that I just may not know exactly what workouts to do for. The videos and written descriptions that go with each move make it super easy to see exactly how to do it correctly. It I have been using it for several months now and have seen dramatic changes in my weight and overall strength! I have been using the ‘Lose Body Fat at the Gym’ plan but there are different plans for whether you are wanting to just tone, strengthen, or build muscle. There are also home workouts if you can’t get to a gym. Overall I love love love this app, Iulia is the bomb❤️

By far my favorite workout app

I started following Iulia on Instagram a few years back. I was in between workout programs and she had advertised her app so I decided to try it out. I haven’t used anything else since. I look forward to my workouts. I love keeping track of what I’m doing and how much weight I’ve lifted. I recently have started using the kitchen / macros part of the app as well and love it. The only thing I can complain about is sometimes I don’t have what I need at my gym to do certain workouts, but the alternatives help and if there is no alternative option I know enough now to know what would work just as well. Like I said I look forward to my workouts and typically look at what my workout will look like the day before and the day of. A lot of workouts will have you do the same stuff over and over but this program is always different so you’re not getting bored of doing the same workouts. Highly recommend!

Good guidance still looking up videos elsewhere

I just downloaded this app in hopes of being able to workout on my own in a conventional gym. I come from a Crossfit and Olympic lifting background but have absolutely no clue how to form my own workout. I have been so reliant on trainers in the past. Let me tell you... the first workout I did was a full body workout and I was sore in parts of my muscles I didn’t even know existed. She uploads every week for the full week so you honestly could plan your week around it if needed based on how you need to place your rest day. So far I’m extremely happy with this app. However, her example videos are sometimes in off positions so it’s hard to tell what she is doing. Usually the written descriptions clarify but I find myself still looking up videos online. Granted, I’m not an avid weight machine user. Another thing that would be helpful is a section to help decided weight to use. I generally know what I am capable of but I know a lot of people aren’t. This also comes with experience so it’s not a huge inconvenience. So far pretty happy. We will see where I am at in a few months.
