So all you have to do is select your goal and complete your weekly workouts, that way you can focus fully on training and less on planning workouts! When you subscribe to Fit With Iulia you have complete access to our gym and home workouts, so whether you are a stay at home mom or a gym enthusiast - there is a workout for you!!

Choose the goal that fits you best. Whether you choose gym or home workouts, you’ll start seeing the progress you’ve been waiting for!

Track your progress on the app to see the improvements you’ve made throughout your fitness journey.
How it works: After performing an exercise, enter the weight used and/or how many reps performed. Next time you perform the exercise, the weight you used previously will automatically be filled in. That way you can determine the amount of weight to increase the next time you perform the exercises.
A history section has been added into the menu bar. There you will be able to access all the exercises you’ve performed and the date you did them.


A split workout routine allows you to target one or multiple muscle groups intensively each day - so you can tone up or build muscle.


Iulia carefully plans out new workouts every week for every goal. So you never get bored doing the same workout every day!


Get clear directions on how to perform exercises you may not be familiar with.


The WiFi connection at the gym may not be great. To get the most out of your gym workout, download your workout for the day, go to the gym, then workout without the use of the internet!

Fit With Iulia is free to download. Access to certain features of the app requires you to pay fees in a form of subscription.

We offer 3 plans:

Monthly Plan (billed monthly)
3 Months Plan (billed every 3 months)
6 Months Plan (billed every 6 months)

All payments made through iTunes and will be charged to your iTunes Account. Subscription automatically renews, unless subscription is set to cancel at the end of billing period at least 24 hours before the end of billing period. You can set your subscription to Cancel at the end of billing period by going to your iTunes account settings. Once the subscription is set to Cancel - you can still access the service until the end of billing period.

The best workout app!!

I have followed Iulia’s fitness Instagram page for a few years and have used it for workout inspiration every now and then, but my biggest challenge in consistently working out has always been planning. I never knew what I wanted to do when I went to the gym so I always defaulted to leg day (my favorite day). This app gives me a clear plan with what I need to do each day with recommended sets and reps. It keeps me from neglecting working the parts of my body that I just may not know exactly what workouts to do for. The videos and written descriptions that go with each move make it super easy to see exactly how to do it correctly. It I have been using it for 4 weeks now and am definitely starting to see changes in my weight and overall strength! I have been using the ‘Lose Body Fat at the Gym’ plan but there different plans for whether you are wanting to just tone, strengthen, or build muscle. There are also home workouts if you can’t get to a gym. Overall I love love love this app, Iulia is the bomb❤️

Good guidance still looking up videos elsewhere

I just downloaded this app in hopes of being able to workout on my own in a conventional gym. I come from a Crossfit and Olympic lifting background but have absolutely no clue how to form my own workout. I have been so reliant on trainers in the past. Let me tell you... the first workout I did was a full body workout and I was sore in parts of my muscles I didn’t even know existed. She uploads every week for the full week so you honestly could plan your week around it if needed based on how you need to place your rest day. So far I’m extremely happy with this app. However, her example videos are sometimes in off positions so it’s hard to tell what she is doing. Usually the written descriptions clarify but I find myself still looking up videos online. Granted, I’m not an avid weight machine user. Another thing that would be helpful is a section to help decided weight to use. I generally know what I am capable of but I know a lot of people aren’t. This also comes with experience so it’s not a huge inconvenience. So far pretty happy. We will see where I am at in a few months.

The Start to Something Better

I was in Cross Country throughout high school and I was always active, but once I got to college, all of that changes. It was hard to stay motivated to be fit and my love for running went away. I could not figure out what to do to be motivated again. One day, I came across Iulia in my Instagram explore feed and have been following her for over a year. I have doing her work outs before she even had an app, and it has made a huge difference in my lifestyle. The app has made using her program so much easier, but I have always been a fan of hers. It’s perfect for people who want to see a change in themselves in a fun way. Instead of only focusing on flattening my stomach, I can also focus on toning up my entire body. That change in attitude has made a HUGE difference in my fitness journey. LOVE LOVE LOVE HER
