FitCoach is a brand-new fitness app for those who want to start a new active lifestyle, build healthy habits, lose weight, get fit, tone up and feel amazing.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?
The FitCoach app is developed specifically for people who care about their health and want to slim down and get in shape but don’t have enough time to go to the gym.

HOW TO START WITH FITCOACH?
Set your goals: weight loss, muscle gain, or to be more active
Select the zone that you want to work on: belly, buttocks, legs, arms, back
Enter your personal data such as age, height, weight, fitness level, etc.

HOW DOES IT WORK:
According to your goals and personal data, our smart algorithm will suggest a personalized workout plan – a combination of cardio, strength, recovery, and LISS (walking, running, cycling) exercises that will enable you to maximize your results.
The basic plan will be created for 60 days and displayed in your calendar. Each week the workout plan will be updated according to your progress and feedback (were the previous workouts too easy or too difficult for you).
Additionally, you will have access to a library of 1,000+ workouts.

HEALTHKIT:
FitCoach integrates with HealthKit, so you can export nutrition and exercise data from FitCoach to HealthKit, and import fitness data and weight and body measurements from HealthKit to FitCoach.

SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription.
- When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
- When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.

I honestly love FitCoach

Coming from a woman who is more on the bigger side, this app has helped me a lot. Of course I change my eating style as well, this app has so many meal choices to pick from. The work outs are honestly perfect, my settings of course were on beginner and like anything they were hard at first but the app builds you up to start going into harder work outs. There’s also a woman on the screen to show you first and gives you little pep talks, its nice to hear those on the works out you want to give up and then all a sudden you hear “your body is worth it” and it just reminds you why your doing this! Ive use this app a little over a month, and with these work outs and meal changes Ive lost so far 5lbs. I had some technical issue with the app but the developers got back to me right away and help me with everything. You wont regret this app, I paid for the year and it will help you stay dedicated to get to your goal!

Locked me outdo my subscription.

The app is great, until it had an update and I opened the app to workout and it was making me select a plan again. There are no options to get into my previous account. Paid for the full year, but now I can’t use it. A little help please.

Update! Developer was very responsive and helped me out in no time! Thanks for a great app and rapid responses to any questions!

PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW TO CHOOSE OTHER MEALS

I just purchased this app. I purchased the yearly subscription. I decided I was going to explore the app to see all it has to offer. At first everything seemed great, up until I got to the meal portion of it. It says there’s over 500+ meal plan offers. That’s incorrect & yes I’ve counted. 33 meals for breakfast, 33 for lunch, 33 for dinner, 63 for snacks. Not to mention, I CANT CLICK ON THE MEALS I WANT TO TRY. I’m not sure if there’s some kind of a glitch. It popped up once or twice for 2 of the meal plans; never again afterwards. I need someone to respond back to this, fix the bug or tell me what I’m possibly doing wrong besides clicking the meal I want. I’m down to try the workouts and give this app a try but if I need to go out of my way to find the recipe to the meals provided then it’s not worth my money. If this problem can get fixed, I’ll be more than happy to do an honest review after SUCCESSFULLY trying the FULL POTENTIAL of this app.
