Amazing 1 on 1 training

I’ve tried several apps over the past five years for workouts and all of them left me underwhelmed and frustrated. I was expressing this frustration to a friend who asked me if I had tried Fitify yet. He hadn’t personally used it, but he had heard good things. I downloaded it the next day and played around with building a program for myself. I was impressed with not only the ease of use, but by the robust exercise options within the app. After a trial period I happily paid for the full membership and was excited to finally have an app that really worked for me. I thought that was the end of the story, but a few months later I received an email asking if I would be interested in the 1 on 1 coaching option they were rolling out. The price was very affordable compared to other 1 on 1 options I had tried, so I decided to give it try. I was (and continue to be) blown away!! After working with one trainer for 6 month I was paired up with Nic, who has really helped me take my fitness to the next level!! She works with me incredibly well in terms of my workout interests and my ability level. Always challenging me yet being mindful of old injury and helping me to avoid re-injuring myself. I can’t speak highly enough about her or the Fitify 1 on 1 training option. If you’re looking for a really reasonably priced excellent training option Fitify is hard to beat.

A workout app with ❤️

I am an avid “workout app” fan and have worked out from my home gym using workout apps for nearly 8 years. I have had a lot of success with getting fit, losing baby weight, and staying healthy with other apps, but this app with the ability to connect 1:1 with a personal trainer is beyond amazing! I work with Kristin and she is incredible! She goes out of her way to create custom workouts for me weekly and takes into account my likes and concerns. I recently had some health issues that caused me to pause my regular workouts, and once I was medically cleared, I tried to go back to the apps I once used, but found little success the 2nd time around. When I signed up for Fitify, I connected with Kristin immediately because she is a fellow Mom who also experienced a health come-back after a heath issue. Her empathy knows no bounds and she pushes me every day in the most caring way! I’m getting stronger and healthier again thanks to working with her; and I know it would not be this easy without her help! If you’re looking for the extra boost you need to get (back to) healthy, I highly recommend this app and also Kristin because you’ll get a workout with heart if you do! 😊

My favorite

Whether I’m at a gym gym or a home gym or just my own living room.. a charged phone, WiFi/data and myself is all I need to get a good workout in. Sometimes even a few small ones if I’m busy. And now that you’re able to skip certain workouts; it’s even better because a few of them hurt me in a bad way no matter how I modify it. I’ve showed this to so many friends, & particularly my busier friends really really appreciate this app. I found it a few years ago after losing about 30 lbs and lost 100 more— then using different parts of the app and modifying with weights I put some weight back on in a much healthier way than I originally packed weight lol. It’s helped me get my energy, motivation, strength and even determination back. Definitely start with light cardio or joint friendly if you’re new to HIIT, exercising or hold pain or tension in the knees or back- skip if it hurts in a bad way or modify if you can, don’t over eat often (or under eat) and you will see positive results!
