Makes Work Out Easy & Inspirational

As if getting the rowing machine wasn’t enough, I think this app is amazing. If you have a rowing machine that has a Bluetooth, it is in sync and it measures your distance accurately. Besides, just doing a quick start up workout, you can actually do different types of workouts throughout the app and it’s great to see others who are doing the same. It’s sort of inspirational while you may not have anyone within close proximity rowing. It makes you feel, though you were in a room with people who are rowing. With less interruptions and more inspiration. I’m just so impressed with it. There are incentives as you continue on measuring how many workouts you’ve completed. He keeps record of every workout you’ve completed. Every time I feel like I can’t do anymore I just turned on the app and I’m immediately motivated.

Getting my leg strength back

I love my little pink treadmill. I use it at least once every other day, even though I do try to use it once a day. I have degenerative disc disease and MS and my doctor told me if I don’t use it I will lose it. I use my treadmill because it helps me work through my numbness and my pain. I start off slow and I work my way up. That’s what I like about this treadmill is I can start off slow and then work my way up faster it doesn’t go any faster than 3.8 mph which is perfect for me because I don’t need to run. I just need to walk and that’s what I like about this treadmill. I’m very grateful for it and it’s my favorite treadmill even though it doesn’t have standup support I grab a kitchen chair hang on and go for it. It’s a great little treadmill and I highly recommend it for anybody that needs to get their leg strength back.

Just received it yesterday and seems of good quality and contemporary design. Used it 3 times so far and am impressed with it and the app. So I’ve started at 2.5 speed at slight inclination for 30 minutes. I am 72 now but had stopped using a treadmill 12 years ago after serious illness with wife (coma,sepsis etc) when I stopped I was doing 40 minutes at speed of 4.3 for 45 minutes on incline of 13%. Twice a day. Sadly that was 12 years ago. With the help of homeTro I intend to get back to a healthy lifestyle.

Trouble calibrating speed with phone

The first year was great! It worked perfect from 1.0-5.0 in speed. Sync the phone app. Wished it had a remote to operate. Anyhow, I stopped using for a couple months then went back to using it and when increasing speed my phone will say 2.8 or 3.0 but the treadmill has me on 4.5 or 5.0. So I’m not sure how fast I’m really walking. 4.5 feels more like 3.5 and I don’t know how to reset it/re-sync. ?? Love that is compact and fits anywhere in home; somewhat light weight plus it has wheels (not the best but they help). Overall I am satisfied and would recommend. I just need to figure out how to fix the speed.
