Tap a pancake to slide the spatula under it and flip it together with everything above. Get the smallest on top and the largest at the bottom in as few flips as you can. Every day has a par, the fewest flips that can possibly do it, and you have par plus three before the day is lost.
Flapstack is a sorting puzzle you can hold in your head: no timer, no lives, no levels to grind. Just one honest stack each morning, a number to beat, and a grid to share that shows how your day went without giving anything away.
WHAT MAKES IT STICK
• A par streak and a play streak. Matching par keeps the one that matters.
• A result grid that tells the story of your flips, spoiler-free, ready for the group chat.
• "You beat 63% of today's players", once enough people have played.
• After the daily: the Griddle. Unlimited practice stacks with exact par, and a hint when you are stuck.
• Watch the perfect stack: replay the optimal line, flip by flip.
The stacks change through the week, from a friendly seven on Monday to a proper nine on Sunday. A short stack can still be a hard one: par is computed by exhaustive search, so it is always the true minimum.

Flapstack shows ads. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for.
