Flared helps you record symptoms, notice patterns and explain what you're experiencing. Designed around women's health, it brings difficult days, flares and support needs into one place, whether you have a diagnosis or are still seeking answers.
Personalise your experience around endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, PMDD, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, perimenopause or postpartum wellbeing.
Capture as much or as little as you can, then return later when you have more capacity. You do not need a diagnosis to begin.

START WITH THE FREE FEATURES
A free account includes symptom check-ins, Timeline history, basic insights, a basic appointment summary and one support person. An account and internet connection are required. Flared accounts are for people aged 16 and over.
OPTIONAL PREMIUM
Monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions are available through Apple In-App Purchase. Premium adds advanced insights, appointment PDFs, customised report dates and expanded support sharing. Prices are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal in your App Store subscription settings.
