The app is very bare bones, so go into it expecting that. It’s not like the Bambu app that provides a more complete printing solution from your phone. That said the app is good for letting you check in and monitor your print. You can pause or cancel a print and also start a from your print history queue. I would love to see them continue to build out features for it. While not critical I would love an ability to load a 3rd or stl file to print even if it has much less functionality that a full slicer.

It works most of the time. But there are some times when you try to connect to the printer and the app says it is offline. But the printer is on, WiFi is connected. The computer is on and fine. Reload the program and it still says offline. Turn off the machine and it says offline. So the main fix is to go to it with your computer, turn off the printer and shut down the program, wait for a while, then turn on the printer first then open the app after a while. Sorry, but what the heck. My computer is on the second floor, the printer is in the basement and yes I realize this is a first world problem, but connectivity shouldn’t be an issue. Especially as frequently as this happens which is at least twice a day.

So far this has been great monitoring my prints while away from home. I have 4 Flashforge 5M Pros connected to my account and I love being able to toggle the light on and off and slow down the speed of the print as well as pause and get notifications when print has been completed or if there’s any error or filament is empty. The only reason I removed 1 * is because of the ads that load before I can even navigate to my printers. It was never like this and I believe the last update added the pop ups for marketing buying new filament rolls

First things first the app look horrific and I couldn’t even get past the “register part” because they haven’t sent a confirmation email. It’s beyond pathetic to make a software that doesn’t do its job it’s just bad.✅✅✅SOLUTION✅✅✅Some websites can be used to virtually link your 3d printer to a device. A computer works best but you may be able to use the software virtually. Yeah that’s right the solution is not using this garbage app. Anyway I use polar cloud for example to print stuff I designed for my computer. Also as a newbie I’ve so far favored using tinker cad to design things but their may and are better alternatives.✅✅✅Hope this helped👍
