Parent review:
This app has been a game changer for our family. My tween can cook almost completely independently — parents still need to buy the missing ingredients :) This app has fostered a sense of independence and confidence in the kitchen for our kiddo. We are pretty careful about what media we allow for our kid and what I like about this app is that it’s a curated set of videos rather than a free-for-all where anyone can upload whatever they want. That makes me feel a lot better about giving my kid the freedom to independently explore recipes.

Kid review:
The design is great and it’s super easy to use. The videos and pictures make it easy to know what you’re making. The directions are clear. I like that there are a lot of options for stuff to make. The recipes are easier to use than stuff you find online because on blogs there a lot of ads and you have to scroll a lot to get to the recipes. On Flavrs, you can go right to the cooking. It’s also easy to see what you do and don’t need so you can ask your parents to get what you don’t have.

There's SO MUCH to love about this app! The short-form video format is so fun and easy, with ingredients and instructions just one tap away. The variety of content is awesome, and even Eric Ripert is on the app! It's become my go-to for weekly meal planning, and the grocery list feature with Instacart makes it even easier. I've been telling all my friends about it, and even my 65-year-old mom loves it!

Love this app, it has such fun, easy to follow recipes! Some of the creators are quite dynamic but they make it simpler for us regular folks. I find it very convenient to have everything handy, delivered efficiently, it’s ideal for someone like me who doesn’t have a lot of time to plan meals. Watching the videos while having well measured portions handy and not miss any ingredient has been a boon!
