FlexScheduler is a light APS for high-mix, low-volume shops. Pick one primary rule at a time—capacity, due-date (forward or backward), or changeover. Stability is a protection layer (freeze windows and change review), not a competing scoreboard. You open the plan, read overview, Gantt, and KPIs, then publish when you are satisfied. The system does not pick a winner for you. Due-date scheduling protects urgent work. Event-driven reschedule covers rush orders, machine downtime, and production abort. Calendars and shifts are adjustable. Export machine task sheets as Excel or PDF. Includes a sample sheet-metal workshop so you can try scheduling immediately, then exit to your own data. All scheduling runs on this Mac. No BOM, MES, or ERP sync. Not an enterprise open-rule APS.
