Manage your workspace from your phone. Handle service requests, bookings, people, companies and mailroom deliveries with FlexTech Admin. FlexTech Admin helps authorised teams manage the day-to-day operations of coworking spaces and commercial buildings from their iPhone. Stay on top of service requests, organise bookings, find the people and companies you support, and manage mailroom deliveries while moving around your workspace. SERVICE REQUESTS View your authorised queues, read conversations, add replies and internal notes, and attach photos or videos. Update status, priority and assignments according to your role. BOOKINGS Check room availability and manage bookings for people and companies across the sites you can access. PEOPLE AND COMPANIES Find contact details quickly and make permitted directory updates from your phone. MAILROOM Record incoming deliveries and manage pickup workflows. Use the camera and supported QR scanning to help with handover. YOUR WORKSPACE, YOUR ACCESS Switch between authorised organisations, sites and work modes. Available features depend on your organisation's enabled modules and your administrator permissions. FlexTech Admin requires an existing FlexTech administrator account and an internet connection. It is designed for workspace staff and administrators. Members should use the Member Portal app provided by their workspace.
