Pathetic App

The worst shopping app in Indian history. Don't give time to check out after u add the product. They will block ur ID's if u complain.. Customer service is the worst. They only send automated messages. U won't find any kind of resolution for ur complaint. And hey use ur reward points Immeadiately else if the reward points increase they will block ur ID's so that u can't use ur rewards..

True opinion

I’m a loyal customer to Flipkart since 2010. I’ve always encouraged myself to purchase from Flipkart even when there are options available. After couple of years, I have recently purchased a product and got shocked to learned how bad the overall customer experience is. From delivery to post delivery support it’s absolutely nightmare of experience. Their delivery times have been doubled. The customer representatives never empathise with customers. What’s the point of reiterating the information that’s already available to customer? They are more like robots who just follow standard template and come with an answer “be patient and wait for X more days”. I’ve decided to put an end to purchase high ticket items at Flipkart.

My issue: A defect piece delivery took 10 days, 10 days to confirm the replacement, 7 days for escalation resolution and yet I’m stilling waiting for replacement. It’s looks like I will have to skip the summer season and fit my new AC for the next rainy season, huh if at all if it’s gets delivered.

Pathetic app - there is no customer service contact

I live in USA and use this app for last 3 years to send gifts etc to families n friends. Recently I returned an item and decided to keep credit amount in the Flipkart app so I can apply the credit to future purchases.
I have been trying to purchase an item and apply the credit portion towards that purchase.
When I select giftcard / credt , it says enter OTP (one time password) sent to my USA phone numbee. Its been two days Flipkart never sent me OTP. I think the company stole my money. To me the amount is only around Rs.2,000. But if they steal this much from customers outside India, is definitely to look into this scam.
So, be careful if you are choosing to accept credit when returning a product.
