I really love this app. It helps me to get my feelings out. I feel like if I’m going through something I get through it quicker if I just write it down. It’s like a write my problems and leave it on paper. Like I won’t let the problems continue on my life because I’m better than that. This app is great! I really like this app though and would definitely recommend if you don’t like telling everyone your feelings ALL THE TIME.

I love this app. I can go back and view my entry’s and show my therapist. I always don’t want to record, but once I start it all flows out. It doesn’t try to push any premium subscriptions on you, and you don’t get any adds. My favorite mental health app out there!

I love it. It makes me look at my days and realize why I’m either sad or happy all the time and make it to where I know what makes me sad or happy and just to have an overall look at your days. It’s like having a secret diary where you can have goals for yourself.
