Excellent concept

Good features and excellent concept. Provide multiple options and price I have to pay for my prescription before I choose pharmacy. Good to know that the same drug have different prices in different pharmacy. I am paying lot cheaper price now than what I use to pay earlier.

Worst business ever

The app looks like it was developed by children. Poor information, poor layout and inaccurate information. Pharmacies that have been closed for years show as the low cost option, which makes it impossible to get discount. There is now way to compare prices without fully putting in your prescription. Calling them is basically a waste of time. Once your prescription is entered, there is no way to view or change it. This company is a nightmare and they are the worst at being able to provide information or a useable app. Clearly the positive reviews were from employees trying to save their job. This is your health, don’t use a company that doesn’t take it seriously.

Frustrating

The app is very frustrating to use…you try to log in and you get an error message…you try to reset the password and you get an error message. It takes a solid 15 minutes of just trying to log in let alone order your medication and then you get another error message that reads “try again later” This should not even be called a health app. You have to do better especially when as an employee we have no choice but to use this ridiculous app to obtain the proper medication for my family. DO BETTER!!!

I use to pay anywhere from $240-$310 for my prescription. Now that I have the ability to shop around for prices I actually make $30 a month on my prescription with rewards!! Phenomenal concept, truly a game changer in the industry.
