Project owners can tap a member to switch between Can Edit and View Only or remove them, with the current permission clearly marked. 4. 1. Added Urgent alarms and early reminders. Choose a preset lead time or customize it in minutes, hours, days, weeks or months. Supported devices can sound a system alarm at the deadline. Urgent alarms require iOS or iPadOS 26 or later and alarm permission; early notifications require notification permission. 2. Added an illustrated welcome project in Chinese or English. Sample cards, feature illustrations and entry-point guidance introduce boards, writing, tags, reminders, attachments and collaboration. You can edit the examples to get started. 3. Added project deletion from the project menu, editor, and context menus for active or archived projects. Deletion requires confirmation and removes the project contents.
