FlooringFlow is the field app for flooring installation crews — the companion to the FlooringFlow web app your office already runs estimates, scheduling, and billing from. Every job your company runs moves through the same path: lead, estimate, deposit, scheduled install, the work itself, sign-off, and final payment. FlooringFlow's mobile app puts the in-the-field half of that path in your crew's pocket, so nothing gets lost between the job site and the office. WHAT YOUR CREW SEES EACH DAY • Today's jobs, pulled straight from the schedule — no more calling the office to ask what's next • Full job details: customer, address (tap to open in Maps), notes, and current status • One tap to start a job when the crew arrives ON-SITE JOB CHECKLIST • A structured checklist for every job, so nothing gets missed on a walkthrough • Check off items as work is completed • Checklist updates queue automatically and sync the moment you're back in signal — no lost work on jobs with a weak connection PHOTOS AND SIGNATURE, RIGHT FROM THE JOB SITE • Take job photos with the in-app camera and attach them directly to the job record • Capture the customer's signature on-site to confirm completed work • A job can't be marked complete until its checklist, photos, and signature are all in — so the office always gets a real record, not just a status change GO-BACKS, HANDLED • If something needs a follow-up visit, report a Go-Back right from the job — describe the issue, confirm photos are attached, and the office is notified to schedule the fix KNOW WHAT'S BEEN PAID • See every job awaiting final payment and its status at a glance • Installers get visibility without the ability to trigger a charge — payment collection stays with the office, exactly where the controls belong BUILT FOR THE WHOLE COMPANY • Owners and admins get the same field view as installers, plus job-status controls • Everything an installer completes — checklist, photos, signature — shows up immediately in the office's web dashboard, and your customers see their job's status update on their own private status page, no login required FlooringFlow replaces the sticky notes, group texts, and "did you get that signed?" phone calls with one system your whole company already trusts for estimates and billing.
