A program I can get with a tap of the finger

I have been look for a something that could help me with my gut health. It is filled with educational and evidence based information. There is a library of information and recipes to help you with your gut health journey. There are no quick fixes or gimmicks which is what I kept finding else. I’m grateful for this app while worth doing the trial.

science backed, effective, and beautiful

The Flora app is so well thought out with the intention to truly help one heal by providing science-backed information that is seamlessly integrated into yoga flows, mediations, recipes, and more to help heal one’s gut by stimulating and recalibrating the vagus nerve and reconnecting with one’s intuition and parasympathetic nervous system. Plus, Molly offers an option to work one on one with additional support as a registered dietitian specializing in gut health.

Great Information and Help

I’ve recently joined Flora and am slowly watching videos, reading and using some of the techniques available.
