Great except for delays

Love the new app. Much improved except that there are long pauses sometimes after executing a command/request. I take it back… to post this requires a nickname which is far more challenging to come up with that one would imagine AND why is it necessary?

Mobile deposit doesn’t work

So I use this app rather regularly and I find it good for everything except making online deposits. Every time I try this feature I just get some red text saying “please endorse... picture of back of check” blah blah blah. This is all I am able to see without any options to take a photo of a check or anything related to depositing a check. This definitely needs to be addressed and is a pain since I have to drive a good amount just to make a deposit.

Fix please!!!

Since the most recent update this app has been terrible. It was great to see it had been updated for face recognition but that hardly ever works. When it does it just brings me back to the log in screen. It also crashes on a regular basis after logging in and again back to the log in screen I’m brought. I use this app for all my finances and I don’t own a computer. I’m hoping these issues are resolved soon.
