Available features include:

Accounts – Check your account balances, pending transactions, and view up to 12 months of transaction history
Transfers – Easily transfer funds between accounts
Bill Pay – Schedule and edit bill payments; make loan payments
Mobile Deposit – Deposit a check to your account using the secure in-app camera
Mobile Deposit History – view up to 90 days of deposited items images
Debit Card On/Off – Deactivate or reactivate your debit card to help prevent fraud
Locations – Find nearby branches and ATMs by searching by zip code or address
Profile – Manage your profile information (i.e. password, security questions, address, phone)

Functional

App is not user friendly but it does work. It doesn’t have the Zelle button for me though. I wish the app was updated to a more modern look and functionality. The home page is the best page but as soon as you click a button it’s like a desktop web page which is annoying

App issues

*updated* The mobile app keeps giving errors and showing a blank screen once logged in. Despite having fingerprint capabilities the app keeps crashing and denying my access. I have called on three separate occasions within the same day and had my access reset, and I redid my security questions. Alas the app has crashed again. I cannot log in through the full site either since my access keeps getting denied. Beyond frustrating.

***update
After calling again and having my access reset. a very nice customer service representative advised me to log back in and when I reach the blank screen click the three lines on the right, choose customize and hit reset visibility. This reset the app so it would show security questions if prompted instead of the blank screen! I hope this helps anyone else having this same issue. :)

New app interface is problematic for disabled users

The new “versatile “theme, which changes the look and feel of this app is, in my opinion, and unfortunate retrograde in accessibility for blind users. I rely on the accessibility features that are built-in to the iPhone to use this and other apps. It seems clear to me that the development team paid no attention to the accessibility guidelines and standards that Apple publishes on its developers website to help developers make their apps work well with Apple accessibility features such as the “voiceover “screen reader for blind users. A real step backwards for the blind.
