They fixed how it kept crashing when depositing checks, yay! Now if only they supported the Face ID. Fingerprint was great but with my new phone I’m back to typing out my whole password, which is time consuming. Other than that, super pleased with such a functional app for a small credit union.

Face ID Issues
I love this app! It’s very convenient. The only issue I’m having is ever since I upgraded my phone to and iPhone 11 Pro Max, I cannot use Face ID to access my account. I’ve enrolled it for my device and it says it’s successful, but the moment I go to open the app it crashes instantly. Then I have to delete the app and redownload it to use it.
Other than that, I have no issues. Thank you!

Would be 5, but....
Cannot get mobile check deposit to work. App says to line check corners up in the provided frame, but the app itself cuts the picture off before the edge of the frame. Tried numerous ways around it, but just can't get this function to work right. Otherwise a very handy and easy to use app.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
