Flores Mobile (formerly e-Receipt) App provides a single access point for participants to upload debit card documentation/claims while providing real time access to consumer driven account data whenever and wherever through our fully responsive website.
Simply log on to the application using your PID or User Name and your password.
Capture for Debit Card Documentation or Claim Submissions
To submit a claim, select “Capture” from the main screen. Photograph your documentation by selecting the camera icon. You will then be able to review your image, and either retake the image by selecting the “Retake” button, capture another image by selecting the green “+” camera icon, or if you are finished capturing your documentation you may select “Submit” to complete your upload.
Once your images are uploaded you will receive the standard e-Status messages as the document is processed by Flores.
Viewing Account Information
You are also able to access your Flores Account Information using this mobile app. By selecting “Account Information”, you will be taken to the responsive Flores247.com website without a need for an additional login. Through this portal you can view account balance, history, plan documents, add Authorized Users, add/edit Direct Deposit information, and access helpful guides.

Ratings and Reviews
I’d give zero star if I could
The web app doesn’t allow uploading of an image so I downloaded this mobile app to try to upload receipts from online purchases. Just like the other reviewers said this app doesn’t do much at all. I tried the upload data feature; you can’t remove the image you took if you don’t want to submit it. It’s there until you submit. It does remind you to submit ALL THE TIME but it’s super annoying when you have a bad image there you don’t want to submit and can’t remove! All other links or menu items take you to the web app. Not sure why they even bothered to develop this app. It is terrible.
It really doesn’t do much besides redirect to the poorly designed web site. Even that it cannot do well. It hangs frequently.
It is about what I expected given the alternative- their web site on a computer. They clearly do not respond to the problems others have reported.
Flores seems to be a low budget flex benefit company that operates out of a garage. Even when they came on site for an HR presentation, they had no interest in hearing about problems submitting claims. “Just use the app”. Well that doesn’t work very well either.
As is sometimes said.... “I have no choice in the matter”. And, they know and act like it.
I generally don’t write reviews but this app is hot garbage. It’s literally just shortcuts. What’s the point of the app if it just connects me to my account via browser anyway? I’ll answer my own question and say it appears to be so Flores can market that it has an app. That’s it.
Might as well be an app that adds bookmarks to your preferred web browser. It’s 2021. You can’t be a financial institution and not have a useful mobile application. At least not one that I’ll trust any amount of significant investment funds in.
Nice try I guess? Personally I’d scrub this entire platform and start over.
