I used to like the app as help me to check my balance and all transactions and has a better control of my finances Now I am only able to see the balance and nothing else. Therefore, is not longer useful.

This app is all over the place. Very hard to navigate, and decipher real time calculations of what has transacted and what hasn’t. I am hoping this will become more efficient and easier to interact with, but perhaps it would be easier to find another credit union who would make internet banking easier to use.

Simple transactions like linking an external account, paying your bill from said linked account and transaction display are terrible. Feels like an app from 2002. It’s to the point that they’re losing my business and I’m moving my financing elsewhere.

The app was pretty bad before but now with the new version it’s somehow even worse, it’s better on the eyes and flows smoother but you can’t see pending withdrawals anymore. It’ll show that money isn’t available but it won’t tell you why
