Ratings and Reviews
User Friendly and Easy to Navigate
Have been using this app to sign up for “Y” classes, and have been impressed with it. Class schedules with dates and times, instructors teaching, and number of slots available almost always instantly available for viewing. Then, when a particular class is open for sign up, the process is easy and quick.
Could be improved a bit
I do like the app, but, there are a few things that are just common on other apps that would much improve it overall. For example - if you didn’t have to put in your information every time you need to make a reservation in the kids club. You’re already signed into the app, shouldn’t it just populate the specific information needed for you to make an appointment? Also, the fact that you can’t cancel online if it’s within an hour of your appointment leaves many people just booking the appointment, not showing up and not canceling. Not sure what to do about that one, but, it’s taking the space of someone else
Not user friendly!
I absolutely HATE this app! WHY is it soo complicated to make a childcare appointment!? Every single time for every SINGLE kid, I have to go into a separate part of the app to reservations, then scroll through the list of YMCAs, then type out alllll the information, Childs name, emails, phone numbers, birthdates… THENNNN you have to scroll more to find dates and times! It seriously makes me soo angry! Such a big company and such a horrible app!
Here’s a suggestion!!!!
If I’m logged in on MY phone, have a MAIN SCREEN BUTTON FOR KIDS, with all their information already pre set so all I have to do is click click, done!
Who ever designed this must not have kids!! They need to get fired 😡😡🤬🤬
