FlowScan is the scanner for scooter inflow and outflow in city operations.
Hold a QR code in front of the camera, or enter the code manually in the format 000-000. Each scan is saved as inflow or outflow, with time, location, and your name. The same scooter can be booked as outflow first and later as inflow on the same day.
Without an internet connection, scans stay on the device. They are sent once a connection is available again. A reminder points out scans that have not been sent yet. The archive shows today, the past week, and the past 30 days. From that list you can generate a QR code to share.
Before saving, FlowScan checks whether the detected location matches the city set in the app. An inflow scan of a known risk battery shows a clear notice to park the scooter at the Retrobox.
The app is available in German and English, in light and dark appearance. Sign in with your employee account. New devices are authorized by an admin using a device ID.
