Flowtime app has rich professional lessons made by renowned guides on various topics. It also displays real-time biodata and meditation reports if it works with Flowtime Biosensing Meditation Headband that tracks brainwaves and heart rate in real-time to dig deep inside your mind and body when meditating.

SCIENTIFICALLY VALID LESSONS

Meditation helps us relax. However, meditation and mindfulness are hard for most people to get into.

For beginners, meditation lessons are decisive, while it’s hard to find the professional ones. Flowtime lessons have been scientifically validated to improve stress resilience in a random controlled trial completed in collaboration with Mobio Interactive, an outstanding and rigorous Canadian company experienced in mindfulness, and the University of Toronto.

There are more than 110 sessions from professional meditation instructions including courses engaging in relationship, performance, stress, leadership, focus, anxiety, mindful pregnancy and so on.

The most thrilling thing is to see how your body and brain are changing when meditating if you use the Flowtime headband at the same time. Its two-channel EEG acquisition technology monitors brainwaves in real-time and distinguishes brainwave energy from left to right-hemisphere, while the heart-rate sensor also tracks your heart constantly.

Visualized Rich Data Report

The real-time data matters when you are doing meditation, while rich data report after practice is also crucial to measuring your practice every time and insights of your progress. The sensors passively sense your brain and heart activities, and the app translates them into visualized graphs of your body performance. You would be eager to see how well you perform after you practice.

With your permission, Flowtime can write Mindful Minutes to the Apple Health app for health tracking.

Great App! Show sensor readings without meditation!

Hi there! First, I really like the head sensor and the app. I had hoped there would be a screen that would show me the sensor readings without requiring starting meditation. I would like to track my activity in more scenarios other than meditation. Like sleeping, gaming, working, exercising. Maybe a screen that just shows readings without starting a meditation. I would also love to see more data in Apple health. Like heart rate or to use while sleeping with my sleep tracker.

Great product and am looking forward to future updates to make the hardware even better!

A great app but.....

This app gives me all the data that I’m looking for.

However some major drawbacks for me are the inability to custom label my meditation sessions in the journal area.

I want to be able to label each session with terms like: awake, sleep, meditation, etc in order to establish a baseline to perform more research from.

If we can get that in an update I will upgrade this rating to 5 stars.

Flowtime head band

I just recently purchased this product, I was surprised how easy it was to setup and start training in the art of meditation. The head band sensor comes with 3 different adjustment straps, which are easy to attach. The training courses are very intuitive.
In only a few days I have seen improvements in my mental health and well-being.
I would recommend this product to anyone.
