Ratings and Reviews
Impossible to book
Rarely do companies make it so difficult to book. Tried on chrome, safari, desktop, mobile and finally downloaded the app. When I get to the booking page, they have a major issue that prevents entering information. How are you supposed to operate an airline company?
The App gives false information
It counted down the time you have left to check in and when you arrive at the Airport it’s a different story. Was even not allowed to check in when it said I still have 1 hour 30 minutes
Banking details
This is a good idea, we needed this app.
Now can we have a way to have our banking details to securely stored on the app to make it easy on a checkout point?
