Great app 1 complain
I love the app so far I’ve been using it for 4 days and it works great! But I have one complain, I wish it would stay connected with out me having to go into the app and click connect. There was no issue for the first day or 2 but then it started to unconnect from time to time and I had to go into the app and connect it again. I hope you take the time to read this it would be much appreciated!!

Dear users, this may be due to unstable local network devices or fluctuations in the carrier network. It is recommended that you try to restart the wireless router or switch TCP/UDP mode in the VPN settings and replace other servers. Poor customer service
I am living in US. I purchased the membership through App Store but they did not get my membership active. I called customer service number, but I was told by My phone company the number I were calling is not exist. I send them email, they didn’t reply me until next morning and told me they did not find my new purchase record and ask me to provide the evidence. It has been 3 days since I made the payment but still no active membership.
