F&M Mobile Banking utilizes best practice security services such as HTTPS, TLS encryption, PIN or password access, biometrics, and application time-out when your mobile phone or device is not in use. Only the phones that you personally enroll in the service can access your accounts. No account data is ever stored on your phone, including check images for Mobile Check Deposit. You can also communicate with F&M Bank through our secure Message Center.

App rarely works properly
It seems like this app only works sometimes. I’ve run into deposit issues in the past and for the past couple days I can’t even log into my account due to connectivity issues. The developer needs to figure it out already.
*** since the updates app works as it should and I am now happy with it which is why I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars

Absolute Nightmare 16 attempts
I spent hours Sunday on the phone trying to set up the new mobile banking app. After the 15th time trying to access it, I was finally advised to go into a branch. I went into the branch and it worked ‘in the branch ‘. When I got home, no way. It’s been a week, and now at 4:55am I am finally able to log on and find out that I forgot to write a transaction down. Since my app has been shut down for two weeks, I no longer get paper, and am too far away from branches, I find a disaster naturally. Now, Houston, we have a problem. I guess I have to go back to Chase since I didn’t ask for my account to be shut down and stuck with an app that doesn’t appear to have been Beta tested. Sad times Farmers. I guess you are not the bank for seniors on fixed incomes that aren’t tech savvy.

Love New App
App works for me every time. I usually use it to view my balances, transactions and make transfers. I’ve used it to make check deposits. I’ve also synced my Auto loan payment so I can see the balances there (love this new feature). I love the app is the same design as the website because it’s easy to find everything. I don’t know why people give it bad reviews, just mess with the app a bit and familiarize yourself with it. It is very different from the previous one but I like the new look. F&M is moving up with their technology!
