Love New App

App works for me every time. I usually use it to view my balances, transactions and make transfers. I’ve used it to make check deposits. I’ve also synced my Auto loan payment so I can see the balances there (love this new feature). I love the app is the same design as the website because it’s easy to find everything. I don’t know why people give it bad reviews, just mess with the app a bit and familiarize yourself with it. It is very different from the previous one but I like the new look. F&M is moving up with their technology!

Very Little Customer Support

I have a checking’s & saving’s account with this bank. But it should have more customer service support. No 24 hour customer service support is not good. There’s Not even a toll free # to call for automated help, nor access to hear your your account information. I’m very disappointed in this non support for customers like me that work night’s. It’s frustrating because I forgot my user ID & I can’t get the help I need because my hours don’t start on a daily 9-5 or even after bank hours like 8pm - 8am not even automated… when your hour’s begin those are my sleeping hours. So when I start my day it’s after 7pm - 8am… & it’s hard for me to get my banking stuff done because I work nights like I forgot my online user name and I can’t do nothing about it because of no 24-7 customer service support… for many like me that don’t have normal hours like most. #justwishicangetmybankingbusinessdone24-7 #wenightworingpeopleneedautomatedcshelp #hopingformorecustomerservicephonesupport Sincerely Yours A Hard Working Nite Person With Different Hours Than Most! 8pm-8am Thank You Very Much! Absolute Nightmare 16 attempts

I spent hours Sunday on the phone trying to set up the new mobile banking app. After the 15th time trying to access it, I was finally advised to go into a branch. I went into the branch and it worked ‘in the branch ‘. When I got home, no way. It’s been a week, and now at 4:55am I am finally able to log on and find out that I forgot to write a transaction down. Since my app has been shut down for two weeks, I no longer get paper, and am too far away from branches, I find a disaster naturally. Now, Houston, we have a problem. I guess I have to go back to Chase since I didn’t ask for my account to be shut down and stuck with an app that doesn’t appear to have been Beta tested. Sad times Farmers. I guess you are not the bank for seniors on fixed incomes that aren’t tech savvy.
