Very useful app for online banking anytime anywhere. The app is easy to use and have alot of features, but still need a few bug fixes. Sometimes the app will crash or take forever to login.
Terrible update. Gone backwards
What a terrible update. The ease of use has now gone backwards. To make a payment is now three extra steps compared to before. And worse yet when you get to the beneficiary screen and enter details the keyboard hides the new buttons at the bottom. So you actually have no way of making payment until you use the NEXT function on the iPhone keyboard until you’ve jumped through all the fields until it disappears and the buttons at the bottom become visible again. The same feedback for the RMB back. How did anyone ever approve this. It’s a massive leap backwards!
Slow to start and not intuitive
This app takes forever to launch. Surely the majority of users, most of the time, only use the banking feature... So why should all the other services also load when you launch the app? It could be grouped as a separate option that only launches if requested. It’s not even an image laden interface that could slow down loading times, it’s mainly text. It just doesn’t make sense.
