Focus時尚流行館成立於2000年，正值潮流文化快速發展的開端，致力於追求年輕朝潮流路線，成為新一代購物場所的第一選擇，不僅引導時尚潮流，更是全方位的生活態度。
本館位於火車站站前商圈，全黑挑高建築以Young Fashion為規劃主軸，為時尚潮流主題的購物地標。
Focus以年輕人、在地消費者及觀光客為出發點，秉持「時尚、文創、娛樂、美食」四位一體的購物指標求新求變。
除了百貨商場服務，本館也積極投入商圈、公益活動及文創專案，並與各大院校合作，為地方文化培育進心力，帶動城市發展。

林百貨
1932年12月5日，林百貨開幕，開啟台灣文明的摩登時代。隨著太平洋戰爭爆發台灣的跳舞時代譜下結束的舞曲。林百貨也結束他與台南短暫而燦爛的相會。
2014年林百貨再開幕，重回台南銀座的舞台，承載了舊有的歷史與記憶，結合在地人文特色與產業價值，以文創百貨定位出發，成為台南面向世界的新窗口!
