With iOS Screen Time authorization, set daily limits and downtime for selected apps. Global monitoring helps manage overall phone time, while a whitelist keeps needed apps available. Modification protection helps you stick to your chosen rules.

NO APP ACCOUNT REQUIRED
Eligible personal data can sync to your own iCloud. Choose from 10 languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, and Italian. Follow your system language or switch within the app.
Free to download. Some features require membership; see the membership and purchase screens for details. App restrictions require iOS Screen Time authorization. Reminders require notification permission. iCloud sync requires iCloud to be available and enabled on your device. Restrictions operate within the iOS system framework.
Optional app removal protection stays enabled outside focus sessions while Screen Time access remains authorized. You can turn it off in Permission Settings, subject to any modification protection you have chosen.
