Forge thinks differently: it recognizes that your day has periods of high focus, creative flow, and routine work, and it suggests the right task for each free window in your calendar, matched to the cognitive load it requires. With a Premium subscription, Forge also factors in your Apple Health biometric data (heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep), so your daily capacity estimate is based not just on your calendar, but on your actual physical state.
