5 minutes a day makes a huge difference

This app helps take the edge off of a stressful day. I love to do it right after work to reset and relax for the night or when starting my day to set a certain tone. I appreciate how educational the content is; I feel like I’m getting real, professional support.

Intentionally and beautifully designed

Content is solid (speaking from a medical point of view). The self-guided programmes are less like interacting with your device and more like journaling. Most well rounded well being app I have encountered.
