Companion app for self-hosted FreeReps servers. Requires your own server on Tailscale — not a standalone health app.
IMPORTANT: FreeReps is NOT a standalone health or fitness app. It is a companion app for the open-source FreeReps server. You must have a FreeReps server running on your own hardware and connected to your Tailscale network before this app is useful. FreeReps uses Tailscale for authentication and encrypted connectivity — there is no other way to connect. If you do not already have a FreeReps server and a Tailscale account, this app is not for you.
What FreeReps does:
FreeReps syncs your Apple Health data from your iPhone to your self-hosted FreeReps server over Tailscale. Your data stays on hardware you own — no third-party cloud, no subscriptions, no ads. The server provides a web dashboard with interactive charts, correlation analysis, and trend exploration.
