Find a cool place across France when you need one. Fresko helps you find cool places across France. Explore cafés, restaurants, bars, malls, cultural venues and public places on one map. See whether a place has air conditioning, natural cool, outdoor shade, no AC, or an unknown cooling status. Cooling information is clearly labelled by its source: source-confirmed, community-confirmed, unverified, or disputed. When you are on site, you can report a cooling or opening status. With your optional permission, other opted-in people already at the same place can receive a prompt to confirm it. Fresko is designed for privacy: • No account or sign-in • Location is optional for browsing • Precise location is used only to verify that you are at a place before a report or confirmation; it is not retained • No route or GPS history Fresko uses France-wide open and municipal data sources. Source attribution is available in the app.
