FROG is for people who know exactly what they should be doing, and do everything else first.It works the way your best days already work: one task that matters, a deadline that feels real, and nothing between you and starting. EAT THE FROG FIRST Each day FROG picks your frog: the task that matters most right now. It weighs importance, how close the deadline is, how often you've put it off and whether anyone is waiting on it, then tells you why in plain words. Choose another or set it aside for today. You stay in charge. GIVE IT LESS TIME You work best against a deadline, so FROG gives you a tighter one. Choose Gentle, Focused or Aggressive and a two-hour job becomes a 60-minute sprint. Your real deadline never moves. After a few sessions FROG notices whether its sprints feel too short or too generous, and adjusts. THEN GET IT DONE • One tap to start, even from your home screen: a widget shows your frog, and holding the app icon starts it • A clear countdown that keeps exact time through app switches, restarts and pauses • A notification when time's up, a mini-timer that follows you around the app, and the widget showing when your sprint ends • Your definition of done and checklist on screen while you work • When time's up: finish, extend on purpose, or rethink the plan. No streaks, no guilt, no failure screens.
