• New and edit screens for estimates, invoices, recurring invoices and jobs are grouped into sections. Tap a line item to edit it; the total and Save button stay in view. • Estimate, invoice and job pages keep their actions in one card. • Customer pages: tap to call or email, get directions, and keep notes like gate codes. • Recurring invoices can set their own sales tax treatment, including written maintenance contracts. • Buttons your role can't use are hidden.

Pick the tax treatment and tax rate on new invoices and estimates. Create recurring invoices from the app: Invoices > Recurring > +. Back from a job, estimate or invoice opened from a customer returns to that customer. Dollar amounts show thousands separators.

Report an AI-drafted estimate: tap the flag on Line Items. The customer page now shows work history, estimates, invoices and the open balance. Customer pickers search as you type and list every customer. Recurring invoices show their tax line.

Progress billing on the phone: set a contract amount on a job, bill a percent or dollar amount, then bill the rest. Pick Labor, Material, Equipment or Other on each line item. Invoice and due dates show the right day. Customers missing an email or name are marked Needs info. Record a verbal approval, edit a sent estimate, or leave an estimate out of reports.
