It won’t let me set up payment for cloud services
When I go to submit payment for a monthly subscription it doesn’t give me an option to add a payment method. Please fix this as I’d like to turn on my motion detection notifications.
Just keep trying
At first I couldn't create an account either. I had the camera ready to send back for a return and tried the software one last time before I dropped them in the box and this time it worked. The reason they want you to sign up for an account is they want to to subscribe to their cloud recording service. It's not a bad price, but not something I need. So, if you came here to complain, that's understandable, but give it a few tries over a couple of days before you give up.

I got it to work and connect after some persistent tinkering. My issue is that I can’t subscribe to pay fee for the services like motion detection notifications and video recording cloud storage. Its Ann but keeping in hopes that they fix this feature for iPhone and Samsung users.
