*Personal nutrition recommendations at meals and snacks, including nutrient timing recommendations around training and competition (in servings- and gram- format).
*Real-food meal and snack ideas designed according to your needs.
*Easy RPE-based training and exercise logging (with an option to estimate weekly training and eat according to average training needs so you don’t have to log if you don’t want).
*Log your entire day’s worth of food in a flexible servings-based system (or by grams), or simply focus on certain macronutrients or meals or snacks that need more attention as you build toward success.
*Log your weight to monitor energy balance and ensure you are trending in the right direction as Fuelogics determines weekly average weights and more for you. *App AI adjustments to refine your needs based on your training, food, and weight inputs.
*Set reminders to eat, hydrate, pack food, plan ahead, log, you name it. *Resources so you can read up on nutrient timing, eating on the road or a budget, and more.

Outstanding UX

I started working with Fuelogics for lightweight rowing, and it changed the sport for me even after doing it for three years prior. It is both simple and practical, so it doesn’t feel like a chore to input either training, weight, or macros. The presentation is clean and there isn’t any ‘noise’ or unnecessary features. Additionally the resources available in the app are helpful, and it gives a more wholistic analysis of the data versus other apps like MyFitness where you are only looking at calories, and usually have to substitute inputs because they don’t offer exactly what you need. It is clear that thorough research was put into creating it and developing the algorithm, and it actually works. My results in competition and with weight expectations reflected this, and having tried various dieting and weight management apps and plans, Fuelogics is hands down the best.

Fixed my diet, D1 scholarships!

This app has transformed my eating habits tremendously and has taught me so much about nutrition. It brought me from a slow, unathletic player without any offers to a much better athlete with many college offers—obviously combined with a killer workout regimen. I have and will continue to recommend to anyone I meet who wants a lifestyle change because this app also works with those who don’t play sports. It serves as an app that tailors its content to any level of activity helping those ranging from couch potatoes to consistent gym users with the same level of effectiveness!

Favorite App for Eating as an Athlete

I’ve used different weight loss apps before as a high school and collegiate lightweight rower and Fuelogics is the best of the ones I’ve tried, hands down. I lost 10-12 pounds over 2.5 months and got significantly faster, setting multiple new PRs.

I’ve tried both LoseIt and MyFitnessPal, but logging on those always seemed tedious and rather finicky. Plus, it’s possible to hit your daily calorie goals by eating nothing but donuts. By contrast, Fuelogics breaks your daily calorie count into specific macro nutrients - to make sure you’re hitting your recovery goals. The app also has features to help you calculate calories burned working out (and it’s definitely not too optimistic unlike some
other apps) and asks you how you’re feeling about your recovery and workouts to determine if you’re getting adequate nutrients.

Absolutely would recommend for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level.
