I wanted to capture the entire page of metrics. First, even though I select “Full Page”, only the visible page is captured. Somehow it blanks out the metrics graphs before capturing the page. So, complete failure to meet expectations.

Takes only a PDF photo of visible area? I don’t understand why they would do this to paying customers…I would gladly pay this if it worked, as I really need an app that can do this properly…

Hi,Safari extensions need to be activated and granted the necessary permissions to work properly. Sometimes, after a Safari extension has been activated, Safari might not recognize it immediately. For that reason, we always recommend closing and reopening Safari (right-click on Safari and choose Quit, rather than using the shortcut) after installing and activating any Safari extension.If, after installing and activating our Full Page Screenshot extension and fully restarting Safari, the extension still doesn’t work on some sites, we’ll need a few additional details to investigate the issue, including the websites where you’re experiencing problems, your macOS and Safari versions, and your MacBook model.You can send this information to contact@safariwebextensions.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
