I’ve used this app for over a year and absolutely LOVED it. The concept of being able to capture those little moments that make parenting so fun is fantastic. While it’s not perfect, the functionality, ease of use, and price point makes it worth it. However, I recently got a new phone, and as happens with most apps when you get a new phone, it logged me out of my account. It’s been well over a year since I made my account, and I’ve never once in all that time had to use my password. I don’t remember it. There is no “forgot my password” button. There is no “contact support” that I can find. All of my entries are lost, and to say that I am devastated is a huge understatement. Maybe it’s my fault for not paying more for a different app that would have the financial imperative to make sure that my information isn’t lost, or for not storing my password…somewhere. But either way, I’m just sitting here crying over all those precious moments lost.
