The Fursure Visa Debit Card is issued by Blue Ridge Bank, N.A. pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, with limitations and restrictions.
* You can earn up to 5X points on eligible Fursure Debit Card purchases. Pet expenses that qualify as ‘pet spend’ include pet insurance, pet food, pet toys, training, and more. The vendor code must be registered as a pet vendor to qualify. Purchases for pets made at non-pet-specific stores will not qualify for 5X points. All other purchases will receive 1X points unless stated elsewhere. Points earned each month will be credited to your account by the next month’s statement cycle. ATM transactions, the purchase of money orders or cash equivalents, loan payments, and account finding made with your Fursure Debit Card are not eligible for rewards. There are no minimum opening deposits and no minimum balance requirements.
^ Points can only be redeemed at licensed veterinarian institutions or hospitals. Pet medications purchased through third-party vendors do not qualify as transactions eligible for point redemption. New ways to redeem points may be added in the future.
*** For international transactions and ATM transactions, you may be charged a fee by the operator of the ATM, but not by Fursure. Some merchants may impose a transaction fee or surcharge. Please confirm any fees with merchants before making purchases. Overdraft fees will not occur as we do not currently permit you to overdraft your account.
** By applying for the Fursure Card, you agree to open a checking account with our partner bank, Blue Ridge Bank, N.A. Credit checks and credit limits will not apply.

I love it!!!
Let me just start by saying I love the concept and quality of this app! Is is easy to use and points are easy to get which I love! I was one of the beta testers and it was a slow and rocky start but I’m loving what it’s becoming. It is something every pet owner should have because the points equal to money back! The set back for me is only one way to deposit money from my bank which is okay but it takes 5-7 days to post and it’ll come out of my bank the day after or that Monday if done on a Friday. But the Fursure app won’t register the money as posted until 5-7 days later. I was wondering if there’s a way maybe we could get other forms of mobile depositing in the near future. Keep doing what your doing I love it and will continue to love it!

If you refresh your Home tab of the app, it should update the deposits to remove the "Pending" status you're seeing. Rocky start and slowly smoothing out
I was one of the first beta testers for this app and it was rocky and ruff to deal with all the glitches. The staff at Fursure were great in taking feedback and even answering questions I had. I was able to make my first small deposit without an issue while waiting for the account number and routing number for future deposits. Once I received my physical card in the mail we were off to the races going from store to store. I had quite a few points saved up for my next vet visit.
Using the app to redeem points was super easy with clicking the transaction and a pop up saying to redeem.
I’ve been telling all my friends and family to sign up since they all have pets and the points are a huge benefit.

So an update: they fixed the problem of trying to close my account after i explained my situation and they were so helpful and nice to explain things to me. I will add money slowly and can’t wait to use it!
