Buffering of subscription
I recently purchased a monthly subscription and no matter if I use the app or my search browser it will not let me watch any shows. When I go back to the subscriptions, it’s as if I didn’t make a purchase. It states” You’ve already purchased this”. So, why am I not able to watch my shows?

Hi Kweetakey, We're sorry you're having issues signing into your Fuse+ account. It's possible you might have the app already installed, but not have an active paid subscription or you might have to restore your purchase on your device if you subscribed using your apple ID. We're glad to help resolve your issue but in order to do so please go to https://support.fuse.tv and submit a support ticket and include your device and email used so one of our team members better help you. I did not get to watch what I wanted because of the ad’s freezing
