What's New in 1.0.5 This update improves Android branding, records successful sign-ins for workspace administrators, and keeps the licensed Future Document workspace stable on iPhone and iPad. ANDROID ICON AND SPLASH The Android launcher icon and splash screen now match the iOS look. The mark sits on a white background and is sized for the adaptive-icon safe zone, so it no longer overflows the circular launcher shape or the Android 12+ splash circle. Night-mode splash colors were aligned as well, so the app no longer opens on a black screen with a logo that is hard to see. SIGN-IN RECORDS FOR ADMINISTRATORS Every successful sign-in from the iOS or Android app is stored for Full Administrators in the web admin panel (Login Logs / Giriş Kayıtları), together with sign-ins from the web panel. This helps you see who accessed the workspace, from where, and on which device. Each entry includes: • Date and time of the sign-in • User name and email • IP address and approximate city / country • ISP where available • Device or computer details (name, operating system, screen size) • Source: Web panel, iOS, or Android The list updates live and can be searched by email, IP, city, country, ISP, or device. Demo accounts are not recorded. Restoring an existing session does not create a duplicate row. Guest access is not logged. Sign-in is not delayed if logging cannot complete. These records are for workspace security and administration. They are visible only to Full Administrators—not to other roles. SECURITY AND LICENSE Licensed workspaces stay tied to your organization. Sign-up still blocks sold licenses that are not intended for use in Turkey when the device is in Turkey, with a clear on-screen message instead of a silent failure. License lookup from the in-app page continues to record each check for Full Administrators. How to use it: open the Accounting / Operations tab, choose a module, search or open a record, and attach documents where your process requires them. Approvals and notifications help keep work moving while you are on site. Accounting (invoices, accounts, and invoice OCR) is unchanged in purpose and works together with the new operations screens. LICENSE LOOKUP AND SIGN-UP License lookup opens the official Future Document license page in the app, so status checks are more reliable and no longer depend on a redirected address. Sign-up validates that a license is allowed for your region before an account is created. If a license is not valid for use in your country, you will see a clear warning and registration will not continue with that code. Look up a license, confirm the company and status, then create your account with the same code. Existing users can re-check a license from Settings → License verification. BRANDING AND LAUNCH The app uses the current Future Document logo and corrected splash screens on iPhone and iPad, so the launch screen matches the rest of the product instead of an older asset.
