I love this app so much! As someone who has been reselling for years, I’ve had so much more success selling on FR than other platforms. Their auto-import from Gmail feature is amazing and has saved me so much time when I want to list a new item. I also imported some listings from Poshmark which again saved me time. Reselling is such a pain but Future Ref is making it way less of a headache, and I’ve sold way more on FR than I have on all the other platforms I resell on. A bonus is that it’s also a digital closet, and it’s fun to see some of the stats they show you about your current closet.

I downloaded this app not knowing what to expect - surely my clothes were only worth donating to Goodwill (which I’d get around to, at some point, maybe this year, maybe next) - but was pleasantly surprised to see a good amount of value for items in my closet I haven’t thought about for a long time. Love the immediate insights I got from just linking my email - fascinating to know which brands are in demand, which of my stuff has appreciated or depreciated. This is my spring cleaning’s secret weapon!

The service is great - no complaints there. It definitely makes reselling things easier, especially lower value pieces where it isn’t worth the extra effort to list tons of places. However, the app is extremely buggy. I currently can’t list items imported from my email (one of the advertised features) because whenever I hit Post Listing, nothing happens. I have to go on my computer, meaning I lose the photos I took. I’ve also encountered bugs elsewhere with disappearing buttons and crashing. I really hope the team fixes these issues because it makes it hard to recommend.

I have been selling on Poshmark for years and then I tried Vestiaire and couldn’t believe the listing process was even more intensive. Future Reference’s email sync and then listing process makes it so easy. I really like that you can list from the wardrobe since they have the original photos saved and then add your listing photos later- game changer.
